Who doesn’t like butterflies? Well, we all do. All of love those beautiful, colourful creatures that come to our gardens or balconies once in a while, meandering over the fragrant flowers.
We watch its utter beauty and tell ourselves how much of an excellent artist God is. Now, let’s make a butterfly right at our homes.
Supplies needed for Paper Plate Butterfly Craft
- Popsicle Stick
- Paper Plate
- Construction Paper (Orange, Yellow, Pink, Blue, Red)
- Googly Eyes
- Pipe cleaners
- Green Pom Pom
- Sketch Pins (Orange and Green)
How to Make Paper Plate Butterfly Craft
- First use sketch pens to color your popsicle sticks alternatively. 1-inch green and 1-inch orange.
- Stick a small green pom pom on one end of the popsicle stick. Stick two pipe cleaners on its head and stick a googly eye on the pom pom.
- Cut out a paper plate in half and use the inner end of the paper plate to make wing like formation. Just cut it our in the shape of wings.
- Cut out small circular discs (two red, two orange, two yellow, two pink and two blue)
- Stick both the outer end of the paper plate by pasting your decorated popsicle stick right at the center of your paper plates.
